blissnet Terms of Service

Welcome to blissnet! We're building a friendlier corner of the internet where people can connect, discover communities, have conversations, and play games.

By creating an account or using blissnet, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if required by the laws applicable to you, to use blissnet.

You agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain the security of your account, and take responsibility for activity occurring through it.

You may not impersonate another person, evade account restrictions, or create accounts for spam or abuse.

2. Community Conduct

blissnet is designed for respectful conversation and positive community participation.

You agree not to use the service for harassment, threats, hateful conduct, targeted abuse, doxxing, fraud, spam, illegal activity, or other behavior prohibited by our Community Guidelines.

Disagreement and constructive criticism are welcome. Personal attacks and deliberate disruption are not.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the original content you create and post on blissnet.

By submitting content, you grant Blissnet a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically adapt that content as necessary to operate and provide blissnet.

This license ends when your content is deleted, except where continued retention or use is reasonably necessary for existing shares, backups, legal obligations, or safety and enforcement purposes.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content and that doing so does not violate others' rights.

4. Public and Private Communication

Public posts and chatrooms are intended for community discussion and may be visible to others.

Direct messaging is intended for communication between participants. However, blissnet cannot guarantee that recipients will keep messages confidential.

Do not use blissnet to share information requiring guaranteed confidentiality.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review reports, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to enforce our policies, protect users, or comply with law.

We may take immediate action in serious safety situations.

Moderation decisions may be reviewed upon request through webmaster@blissnet.online. We do not guarantee restoration of removed content or accounts.

6. Games and Community Features

blissnet may offer multiplayer games, live chat, and other interactive features.

Features may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, game results, rankings, or preservation of game progress.

7. Service Availability

blissnet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, performance, or the long-term operation of the service.

8. Paid Features

If blissnet introduces paid supporter memberships or other purchases, applicable prices, billing terms, cancellation rules, and refund policies will be presented before purchase.

Additional terms may apply to those services.

9. Intellectual Property

The blissnet name, branding, interface, and original platform materials belong to their respective owners.

You may not copy or misuse protected platform materials except as permitted by law or with authorization.

10. Termination

You may stop using blissnet at any time and request account deletion.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, serious safety concerns, or misuse of the service.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties not expressly provided in these Terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Blissnet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of blissnet.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as the service evolves. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
